All orders over £20 will receive FREE UK STANDARD DELIVERY. Orders will be delivered between Monday to Saturday, orders will be received within 2-5 working days, after the payment has been authorised.
All orders with UK NEXT DAY DELIVERY ordered by 2pm will be received on the next working day. Deliveries are made between Monday to Friday. Orders placed after 2pm on Thursday will be delivered on either Monday or Tuesday the following week.
All INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY orders will be delivered to an address of your choice and will require a signature. Please provide a telephone number for your order, for your local courier to be able to contact you. Orders will be received within 3-9 working days after the payment has been authorised.

We offer a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee on all orders. If your order does not exceed your highest expectations we will refund the amount for all unused, unopened merchandise, excluding shipping fees. Refund requests must be made within 28 days from the receipt of your order. If you wish to return your order, please email us at customerservice@demurelashes.com with the subject line “RETURN” and indicate your Order# in the contents of the message.
Refunds are made in the original form of payment and are issued to the person documented on the original order as the "Bill To" Customer.
In the event that you would like to exchange unused and unopened product(s), please email customerservice@demurelashes.com with the subject line "EXCHANGE" and indicate your Order# in the contents of the message along with the product(s) you wish to be exchanged.
